Founded in 2012, Nanoleaf is an innovative company specializing in the personalized lighting experience. The company's mission: to create smart home products that turn the ordinary into an extraordinary experience.
Nanoleaf exhibited on June 6 and 7, 2019 at CEF Live in Birmingham, the annual meeting of suppliers to the electrical sector.

Nanoleaf used the Allostand platform to find the ideal stand builder to support them on the event. Interview with Annika Beck, EMEA Marketing Director of the company:

Allostand: Can you introduce yourself and explain your functions within the company?

AB: At Nanoleaf I have been responsible for the communication and marketing of our brand in Europe for a year.

Allostand: How did you find out about the Allostand platform?

AB: I was contacted by email by the Allostand team.

Allostand: What did you use Allostand for?

AB: We are a young start-up and have not yet worked with stand builders. We needed a stand builder who was able to work with us in France but also in other European countries. The Allostand platform allowed me to contact several agencies with the same brief at the same time.

Allostand: Can you briefly describe the brief for your stand project?

AD: We have reserved a 16 sq.m stand at the show and we wanted a modular stand with a modern design. We also wanted a stand that would be reusable for other shows this year. Finally, we wanted to work with an agency capable of managing the logistics and transport of our stand abroad.

Allostand: What was the impact of your presence at CEF Live 2019?

AD: As CEF Live is our distributor's show, the priority objective was to meet the managers of the subsidiaries. Our stand nevertheless attracted a lot of attention beyond our professional network!

Allostand: Have you ever had to look for a stand builder for a trade fair? If so, what was your approach?

AD: The organizer of CEF Live offered me a few stand builders that I requested. I also contacted stand design agencies who had emailed me prior to the event, and finally decided to work with the stand designer found on the Allostand platform.

I even plan to continue working with the stand builder found on Allostand in 2020!

Allostand: Are you going to call on Allostand again for your next trade shows? If yes, why ?

AD: I think we've found a stand design agency for at least this year. I even plan to continue working with the stand builder found on Allostand in 2020!
Having found a great stand builder, I don't need to call on Allostand again in the near future.
