1. Le Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales

Created in 1996 in parallel with the Congress of Mayors of France, the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales (SMCL) is organized by Infopro Digital. This is the only national annual meeting of all actors in public procurement and their partners. Organized at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the event brings together nearly 800 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors every year. Visitors to the show are mainly local elected officials and regional agents. The exhibition is organized around 13 thematic areas: Urban planning, Building - Public works - Roads, Economic Development, Publishing - Press - Communication, Childhood - Health - Social, Environment - Energy, IT - Telecommunications, Institutional - Finances - Services, Road and green space maintenance equipment, Prevention - Safety - Security, Sport - Leisure, Tourism - Culture, Transport - Vehicles.

2. SANTEXPO

Organized by PG Organisation on behalf of the Fédération Hospitalière de France, SANTEXPO (formerly Paris Healthcare Week) is the major annual meeting for the entire public health ecosystem in France. The event brings together several historic trade shows in the sector: HIT, the leading healthcare IT trade show; HopitalExpo, the expertise fair for the hospital world - materials, equipment, technologies and services; GerontHandicapExpo, the trade fair for elderly and disabled professionals. SANTEXPO welcomes nearly 30,000 visitors and 850 exhibitors every year. Visitors to the show are mainly health professionals working in public health establishments. Note, the event takes place in parallel with the Salon Infirmier, the meeting place for those involved in the care pathway.

3. Milipol Paris

Organized by Comexposium, Milipol Paris is the global event for the safety and internal security of States. The show is organized under the aegis of the French Ministry of the Interior in partnership with several government institutions. The event is held every 2 years at Paris-Nord Villepinte and welcomes 1,100 exhibitors and nearly 30,000 visitors. The majority of visitors from 150 countries are representatives of ministries of the interior, central administrations and local communities. Milipol Paris exhibitors cover all areas of state internal security (data protection, economic intelligence, civil security, anti-terrorism, transport security, road security, banking and fiduciary security, etc.). The show has a strong international orientation with 66% of exhibitors and 44% of visitors coming from abroad.

4. Le Salon des Maires d’Ile-de-France

Organized since 2020 by PG Organisation on behalf of the Association of Mayors of Ile-de-France, the AMIF exhibition is the annual meeting of elected officials from the Ile-de-France region. The event is now held in Paris Nord Villepinte and welcomes nearly 20,000 visitors and 250 exhibitors. The fair is organized around an exhibition space, a conference program and a startup competition. A privileged meeting place for elected officials and regional managers in the Ile-de-France region, the AMIF exhibition is an important trade fair for private players who wish to develop their activity in this region.

5. EDUCATEC EDUCATICE

Organized by Weyou Group, EDUCATEC EDUCATICE is the leading trade fair for educational innovation in France. The event is accompanied by the Education League and the Ministry of National Education and Youth. The fair is held annually in conjunction with the European Education Fair. EDUCATEC EDUCATICE welcomes nearly 11,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors every year. The majority of visitors are elected officials and regional officials in charge of education and youth, school directors, project managers and CIOs. The show is organized around 4 exhibition sectors: audiovisual information and communication technologies & publishing; educational resources; industrial science and technology; services to the education sector and schools.

6. Espace Collectivités

Organized by the company Idélia, Espace Collectivités has been for 35 years a unique professional meeting at the service of communities. The show is held at the Paris le Bourget exhibition center and welcomes nearly 200 exhibitors and 7,500 visitors. The majority of visitors are elected officials and regional executives. Espace Collectivités is intended to be a modern, efficient and friendly professional event, with a strong desire to be at the service of communities. The fair is organized around an exhibition space, conferences and debates, and a cultural space.

7. Rencontres nationales du transport public

The National Public Transport Meetings are organized by three players: the GIE Objectif transport public, the GART (Grouping of Responsible Transport Authorities) and the Union of Public and Rail Transport (UTP). This professional meeting allows those involved in public transport and mobility to get information, share the best experiences in the regions and discover the solutions most suited to the evolution of mobility and travel policies. The fair welcomes nearly 200 exhibitors and 6,000 participants every year. The GART and UTP congresses are held in parallel with the fair.

8. URBEST

Organized by Metz Events, URBEST is the trade fair for public space decision makers in the Grand Est region. This professional meeting is aimed at all players in charge of the planning, management and development of public space in the Grand Est region. URBEST is held over 12,000m² of exhibition space and welcomes nearly 4,000 visitors, more than 100 exhibitors and 300 brands. The URBEST Exhibition Innovation Awards are organized on the sidelines of the event in order to highlight the innovative approaches and projects of companies working with public actors in the region. In 2020, the general assembly of the association of rural mayors will be held in parallel with the fair.

9. AP Connect

Founded in 2018 and organized by PG Organisation, AP Connect is the trade fair for IT solutions for public administrations. During its second edition in February 2019, AP Connect welcomed 2,500 visitors and 140 exhibitors. The visitors are mainly composed of DSI, DGS and business departments of central and regional administrations. The event is notably supported by the interministerial digital directorate, UGAP and the national union of Directors General of Territorial Communities. AP Connect is organized around an exhibition area, a series of conferences, an agora program and business meetings. The themes discussed during the event are dedicated to the digital transformation of central administrations and local authorities.

10. Le salon des Epl

Organized since 2020 by PG Organisation on behalf of the Federation of Local Public Enterprises, the Epl show is the annual meeting of Local Public Enterprises and their stakeholders. The event takes place in parallel with the Epl congress. Over 3 days, the event welcomes nearly 2,000 participants who come to meet the nearly 60 exhibitors. The exhibitors of the show are service providers and partners of Epl and Epl and communities.
