1 euro invested to exhibit at a fair allows exhibitors to achieve an average turnover of € 8 (source Unimev). However, participation in a fair has a significant cost for exhibitors, mainly due to the reservation of the exhibition area with the organizer as well as the service of the stand engineer responsible for making, producing, assembling and dismantling the custom stands.
Exhibiting at a fair obviously offers visibility in return, depending on the number of visitors, but also their potential interest in the products or services presented, that is to say the relevance of the chosen fair with regard to what the participating company offers.
In this context, we have produced the TOP 10 of the largest recurring fairs in France, classified according to their number of visitors. Provincial fairs are thus the most numerous to appear there, even if it is a Parisian event that tops the list ...
The Foire de Paris is organized by Comexposium and welcomes an average of 480,000 visitors and 1,500 exhibitors per year over 200,000 sq.m of exhibition space. The spring event at the Porte de Versailles is frequented each year by nearly half a million curious, who can on this occasion discover the different universes offered through the different halls (habitat, fashion, gastronomy, etc.) as well. than the famous Lépine competition which attracts the attention of the press every year. The size of this huge show and the number of exhibitors participating in it make the use of a stand builder even more necessary than for other events, in order to be sure of being visible to visitors within this superlative show.

Organized by Tours Events, the Tours Fair welcomes an average of 250,000 visitors and 625 exhibitors over 44,500 sq.m of exhibition space. The Touraine institution is the second of the provincial events, attracting as many visitors in the spring as the Center-Val de Loire agglomeration has inhabitants! This spectacular ratio indicates quite explicitly its broad influence, well beyond the city that hosts it (Tours is far from being among the main French metropolises ...). Each stand (among the 625 present at each edition) is thus guaranteed to see a number of visitors.

Organized by Colmar Expo, the Colmar FAV welcomes an average of 236,000 visitors and nearly 350 exhibitors. The Alsatian wine event juxtaposes a classic fair, dedicated to the world of grapes, and a festival, where it is possible to attend concerts. This rather rare duality and the organization of the event in one of the densest regions of the country undoubtedly explain the high attendance at this show in the Grand Est.
